Sophie ski instructor profile - private ski lessons

MEET SOPHIE

Sophie has been teaching in Verbier for years, and like many of the Element team once she’d skied here she didn’t want to leave.

So she now spends her winters helping clients develop the technique and tactics to take on Verbier’s amazing terrain as well as making sure they know the best places to stop for lunch…

When she’s not working as a ski instructor Sophie loves trail-running and open-water swimming.

In fact she swam the English Channel and also swam the length of Lake Geneva in a relay.

Meanwhile she’s also the amazing mother of four children – Lexi, Abi, Max and Kit – who are sure to follow in their amazing mum’s footsteps and ski tracks and whatever the word is for tracks when you’re swimming.
