MEET MICHAEL
Micheal has always loved the outdoors – from the picturesque landscapes of Ireland and Spain to the alpes.
Michael’s journey began in the heart of Dublin where he trained as a chef and began working in some of Irelands finest restaurants.
It was a natural progression to take his love of food and skiing to the mountains, living and working in France.
Then he headed to Austria to qualify as a ski instructor.
So now skiing has taken over from cooking and now he’s based himself in Verbier where his natural easy-going personality and love of the mountains has made him a big hit with clients.
As well as all the cooking and skiing, Michael has qualified as a windsurf instructor and teaches in Italy on Lake Garda, plus he speaks fluent Spanish and also speaks German.
